It was a 2 level house with a little kitchen, bathroom and living room downstairs (has tv), and the bedroom with 2 king size mattresses upstairs - perfect for families. Mini-splits on both level. We slept very well
There were 2 other little houses that they rent out and a very nice garden with trees. Very friendly dog Kev (Keff?) greeted us. We ended up meeting the whole family, always a lovely experience in a homestay.
Host Geng was wonderful (excellent English) and was even willing to take us to the Gaia Beats music festival (it took place at beautiful Sense Hot Springs) in the morning and pick us up in the evening - we so appreciated that. To get back to Chiang Mai, we pre-ordered a Grab several hours before we needed it - that worked out great.
The staircase was very steep. We got used to it, but would not recommend for people with mobility issues.
