ロケーションが最高。人の行き来も電柱もあまり無い山村なので、夜は一人で散歩するのも気が引けて、ただ宿に滞在していた。ほとんど明かりの無い風景を見ながら、雨音とカエルや虫の鳴き声を聞いているだけで、とてもいやされた。ご主人（女性）は明るく親切で、ちょっとしたお願いにも快く対応くださった。 チェンマイ・バス・ターミナル 1 （チャーンプアック・バス・ターミナル）からYellow bus（10人ほどの乗合バス）で2時間。バスを探すのにタイ語の表示（看板）だけでは難しく、人に聞いて探す。1日数本。サムンタイ生鮮市場で降車。そこからはご主人が迎えに来てくださる。徒歩だと20-30分ぐらい。

Está un poco apartado pero eso lo hace tranquilo. Solo es un paseito agradable al centro. Buen desayuno, habitación espaciosa y cómoda

Unique accommodation setting over the water. Owner kindly upgraded us to a nicer bungalow. Nice little village with convenience shop within short walk.

Very pleasent stay. Charming individual huts with en suite and lovely veranda. Loved the sounds of nature in the evening and through the night. We were concerned about the potential of mosquitoes but they weren't an issue... Perhaps because it's the burning season? Owner was sooo helpful, polite & accommodating. Provided a vegetarian breakfast for us when requested. Samoeng is a great little town. Much more there than we anticipated. Local shops, stalls, market, vendors etc. Some amazing caves to visit just a few kms north of the town. We were really pleased to break up our tour of the Samoeng loop here. The loop is easily "doable" in a day from Chiang Mai but you won't get to visit the caves, waterfalls etc etc unless you take your time.

It's a personal thing. Our bed was very firm. Some might see that as a positive.
