Beautiful accommodation, set in lush gardens and quiet location. Comfortable rooms with little kitchenette facilities. Excellent staff and including breakfast. The owner hand delivered & returned my sons lost toy all the way to Chiang Mai ! Absolutely amazing. Thankyou so much again. Can't wait to stay again.

Its a bit out of town to walk but very quiet and private.

Room was just fair on comfort, but it had everything you need .

Kõige suuremaks väärtuseks on vaikus - sinna ei kosta tänavamüra. Majakesed on nii osavalt paigutatud roheluse varju, et need ei kuumene üle ka keskpäeval. Konditsioneeri kasutada pole vaja. Piisab sellest, kui ööseks aken lahti jätta. Toad on ruumikad ja väga puhtad. Perenaine on lahke ja abivalmis. Aitäh!

Only good atmosphere, wait too long for breakfast, didn’t get the exact room booked and no apology for mistakes from landlord☹️☹️

When the customer already booked the room/ villa with provided facilities and you also completely confirmed that the room was available, you should apologize for the mistake and had better explanation when you could not provide that room/ villa the customer booked. One more thing, I had been waiting for your staff to serve me breakfast for 15-20 minutes before I left....I went to breakfast area for 2 times calling your cook, but guess what...no one was there...that’s not good service for tourist accommodation at all.
