Perfect in october

Brand new, small hotel on the beach front directly above a nice beach club that stays open later in the season than others. Everything is new, clean and of high quality. Direct sea views even from side rooms. Friendly staff and beach club staff were super friendly to hotel guests. Great value as you don't need to buy anything to use the sun beds

Didn't feel quite finished yet. A path to the beach and some hangers in the room and beach towels would be great

Unforgettable Stay at Panorama Hotel & African Beach Club - Ksamil, Albania I honestly can't say enough good things about my stay at Panorama Hotel in Ksamil. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed by the amazing team. Redon, at reception, is one of the kindest and most helpful people you will ever meet - nothing was too much trouble for him trouble for him. Down at the African Beach Club, Angela runs everything perfectly - her energy and attention to detail make the whole experience feel effortlessly and special. The owner deserves huge respect - he's built this incredible place himself, and you can feel the pride and care in every corner. It's not just a hotel, it's a dream he's brought to life, and I'm so proud to have stayed there. The service was outstanding from start to finish, the food was absolutely delicious, and the views from the hotel are just mind-blowing - honestly some of the best in Ksamil. The bath in our room had the most incredible view I've ever seen - truly the best view I've ever had while relaxing in a bath! huge shoutout also to the cleaning team - they work incredibly hard, and it really shows. The hotel was spotless every single day, and their attention to detail made such a difference. It's genuinely one of the cleanest and best hotels l've ever stayed in. Everything about this place feels relaxed, stylish, and welcoming. If you're thinking ab visiting Ksamil, do yourself a favour and stay here.

Amazing stay, clean and modern property only a short walk to town.

The room was perfect, clean and spacious. The views from the property are fabulous! There is private parking and it’s only a short walk to the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is hosted next door at the beach club. I would highly recommend staying here.

A clean and comfortable hotel on the perfect location. Close to the beach, and also close to the heart of the city night life.

Fancy and great escape from the crowds

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is new and was opened about 2-3 weeks ago. The design is modern and stylish, with spacious rooms and large shower cabins that add extra comfort. Since the hotel doesn’t have too many rooms, it never felt crowded or noisy, and there was always plenty of parking available—we didn’t have to search for a spot even once. The location is excellent, right next to the beach. While the beach is not part of the hotel, guests get a 10% discount on sunbeds, which was a nice perk. Breakfast is served at the beachside restaurant just next door; the selection isn’t huge, but the food is fresh and very tasty. What really made our stay stand out was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and eager to help—we were even provided with an extra bed after being told there weren’t any available. A special thanks to Radon for going above and beyond to make our stay even better. Highly recommended!

Fint og moderne hotell. God beliggenhet.

Fin beliggenhet. Hadde bare vært åpent i 1 måned så det var moderne rom. God middag og gode drinker på beach cluben i tilknytning til hotellet.

Dårlig frokost. Til prisen regnet vi med at frokosten skulle være bedre. Man måtte også betale en god del for å få solseng på beach cluben i tilknytning til hotellet. Dette trodde vi var inkludert da det står «Privat strand».

Die Lage und die Zimmern an sich waren perfekt, neu und sehr sauber. Der Strandclub "Africa" anbei ist wirklich sehr schön.

Leider war das Frühstück ein Witz, man durfte nur ein Gericht und ein Getränk aus einer sehr dürftigen Karte bestellen, der Rest war sehr teuer aufzuzahlen. In den Zimmern gab es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, Kleiderhaken oder dergleichen. Die Handtücher waren nicht saugfähig also konnte man sich nicht anständig abtrocknen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub und sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel!!

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren traumhaft. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal wae sehr hilfsbereit und auch flexibel.(check-in ausserhalb der vorgegebenen zeiten).

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr eingeschränkt. Und man musste teilweise sehr lange warten. Das Frühstück wird jedoch nicht beim Hotel selber servierg.
