Location was In the middle of everything which was good and had netflix in english but it was really loud at night right above the bars and clubs

The staff in the restaurant which is part of the hotel was very rude they would talk about you to each other in there language and laugh and smirk they made us feel uncomfortable that much we didn't go down for breakfast even though we paid for it for the 3 days we was there we even felt uncomfortable walking in and out of the place we dreaded going back because you have to walk more or less through the restaurant past them, i was going to book elsewhere they it was that bad, they was awfull bunch of young lads, so spoiled it a lot tbf so book as last resort guys

Great location very central, staff were incredibly helpful (family run business that run the restaraunt downstairs - food was great there too), breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable with a huge balcony, aircon works great

It’s a bit noisy because it’s right on the main strip, doors aren’t very soundproof

Absolutely loved our stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming,especially Selma, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Perfect location near shops and attractions — we’ll definitely be back!

Cosy nice hotel with great staff

Great Location and super kind Staff. Specially Fabrizio at the front desk reception. Was always eager to help and make us feel welcome. Koko hotel is about 5 to 10 minute walk to most beaches being located in the middle point between both main beach locations making it easy to movo around Ksamil. Highly recommend

Top verblijf!

De locatie van het hotel was top, met alles op loopafstand. Een nette en comfortabele kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de schoonmaak werd goed gedaan. Ze bieden ook extra arrangementen aan als je ernaar vraagt, en de gastvrouw was ontzettend lief en heeft top extra’s voor ons geregeld. De ligging is bovendien ideaal: dicht bij alle stranden en overal makkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Nogmaals bedankt als je dit leest!

Mijn kamer lag aan het kruispunt, waardoor het ’s avonds wat luidruchtiger en druk kon zijn. Ook was de wifi soms wat traag.

Комфортний готель, за свої гроші – бомба🤩Номер прибирали щодня – велика вдячність за це. Сніданки одноманітні, але вони в усіх готелях Албанії такі, тут – достатнє різноманіття і дійсно смачно. Персонал дуже привітний! Розташування чудове: поруч багато кафе, 3 хв до найближчого пляжу, декілька супермаркетів в різних напрямках поруч. Ми залишились дуже задоволені! Єдине – писали, що номер 60 м кв, по факту 30-35 м кв з балконом. Але для нас це не проблема.
