Nothing. Everything was great

It is located right on the square and only 1 1/2 stories up. The stairs are easy to climb. The apartment is beautiful with a comfy couch & a large modern kitchen. The shower is big and very modern too. The washer is in the bathroom and two drying racks on the balcony. The beds are so comfortable! It's convenient to grocery stores with fresh produce, shops, bars, gelaterias and loads of restaurants and next to two very cool neighborhoods. It's right above a really good coffee bar with outdoor seating. I highly recommend staying here.

Communication with Dror could have been better. As soon as I had booked my flight I messaged him advising what time our flight would be arriving and asked for a 2:00M check-in. We arrived almost exactly at that time and there was no key in the lockbox. There is no front desk either. I messaged Dror but he didn't answer. We sat around the square waiting for a reply and I sent numerous messages and called in over the next 45 min. at which time he called back and asked if we would like to drop our bags in the room until 3:00PM. There is only one key and when the maid has it you can't get in! I wish Dror had told me that two months ago when I had requested early check in but instead he said to remind him as we got closer to the arrival date, which I did by message and the day before on WhatsApp. The other major problem is that no taxi driver knows where the address is located. The airport has no metro so we took a taxi. He dropped us off on a narrow street and pointed to the address of some dump and drove off. We had to find the square and wandered all around the square reading addresses with our backpacks on. Even waiters at all the restaurants couldn't point us in the right direction. The problem which was later explained to me by another taxi driver is that Aristotelous Sq. is 6 blocks long so the address could be anywhere along that very vast expanse. Be warned, it is the part of the square right on the waterfront and don't arrive before 3:00PM. My only other issue was with the supposed "sea view". It's a joke and the balcony is too narrow to sit other than sideways. I see now that a picture of the actual view has been added which is good.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am dem großen Platz im 1. Stock aber nicht mit direktem Blick. Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt und bei diversen Fragen war der Besitzer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Das Bad war sauber und zweckmäßig, auch mit Waschmaschine. Die Küche war mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Herd. Die Betten waren bequem und die Klimaanlage war sehr gut zu Bedienen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

We really liked the location and the apartment, however we didn't find the host very hospitable. Access details were not sent in advance. Had to send multiple emails to the host, standing outside the apartment, to finally receive the code and the entry instructions. On the first night we had a cold shower, only after reporting it, the host sent us the instructions about the hot water settings. The toilet push button got stuck so it was permanently flushing, wasting water and making it the toilet very noisy and difficult to use. We reported the issue to the host and were asked whether there was a faucet to stop the water. The apartment was overall very clean, however the fan in the bathroom was totally clogged with dirt which was a real issue for asthma and hay fever. On the second day, the host sent a message demanding a 5 star review and in capital letters asking us to leave the keys in the locker. We didn't feel welcome, so we would rather give it a miss next time.
