- spacious rooms - huge toilets, love the configuration and variety of toiletries provided, toilet has bidet, hot water comes on easily - beautiful compound and layout to evoke that tranquil villa ambience - pool, gym, there’s also massage spa located within but we didn’t get to try - breakfast was pretty good! enjoyed the french toast and scrambled eggs - service from all the staff were superb, and Eri who picked/dropped us at the airport had a great playlist 🎶 - nice, quiet area with a lovely view of the fields at the back, even though it’s further from the places we have pinned

- the floor was a little dusty in our rooms and common area, if you leave food out there will also be some ants but I guess it’s a villa after all! - dustbins aren’t lined, so it felt icky since we’re supposed to throw waste tissues in them - it’s difficult for more than 2 people to use the common area to dine in as there are only 2 chairs. I would suggest to remove the chairs and give more floor cushions instead so that everyone can sit comfortably - it’ll also be awesome if there’s a poolside daybed within our 2-bedroom villa! - grab drivers will keep stopping at the next building instead due to GPS issues with the location

The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The breakfast options were limited. For a hotel like this, I would suggest offering an open buffet so guests can choose according to their dietary needs and preferences. My stay included breakfast, yet I was charged extra for oat milk, which I found disappointing. Additionally, maintenance work was taking place during the day without any prior notice. I was only informed via a note left in my room upon arrival.
