Not worth the price, extremely neglected and terrible experience.

The only thing like-able about the property is nothing.

The cleanliness of the room is terrible, insects on the bed. Light in the bathroom was not functioning, had to shower in the dark. Staff took a photo of my passport, and passed me the keys only. I was told that I will be sent check-in instructions, but have not received anything even after I checked out. No explanation or any instructions about the place. The treetop house sounds like a good experience, but the house shakes with movement within the room. You can literally feel the villa shaking when someone else is walking, terrible design.

Quiet and beautiful stay in Canggu

I stayed in a guest room and got a beautiful and quiet room surrounded by nature. Away from all the noise in Canggu yet very close. And staff is amazing and so friendly :) Would recommend.

Geen slecht hotel maar we hebben zo veel beter gehad in Bali voor dezelfde prijs. Teleurstellend om mee te eindigen.

Mooi zicht met prive zwembad en relatief goed gelegen in Changgu.

- lawaai tot en met van de maisvelden waarop we zicht hadden. Ze installeren conservenblikken die met de wind 24/24 lawaai maken met een ratelend geluid van een lepel tegen een pan. Nog nooit eerder hebben we deze vogelverschrikkers gezien in Bali! Het hotel heeft ons op voorhand niets laten weten of geen alternatief of compensatie aangeboden. Enkel wat oordopjes om ´s nachts beter te kunnen slapen. Dat voor een « luxueuzere » kamer te kiezen! - geen uitleg in de kamer, gewoon de taxi ingestuurd naar de kamer die 1km verderop ligt. - licht van het zwembad werkt niet. Belofte dat het de dag later in orde ging zijn, niets was waar, de dag erna werkte ze nog steeds niet. - taalbarrière met de medewerker was limiet maar oke, we konden elkaar in het engels niet al te goed verstaan. - werken in ons tuintje om 10u in de ochtend zonder ons dat te laten weten. We konden dus geen gebruik maken van het zwembad of buitenzitten. Dit werd ons niet gevraagd noch gemeld.

Ένα τέτοιο σπιτι ονειρεύομαι να κάνω 😂... Ξυπνάει παιδικές αναμνήσεις.... Ένα δεντρόσπιτο, σύγχρονο, με θέα τις ριζοκαλλιεργειες τόσο μακριά από το θόρυβο και τη κίνηση του πολυσύχναστου Canggu αλλά και τόσο κοντά σε αυτά!!! Το προσωπικό άψογο, εξυπηρέτηση σε άλλο επίπεδο..

Αν "πρέπει" να γράψω κάτι αρνητικό, μάλλον θα ήταν οι μικροί επισκέπτες.. Είσαι σε δεντρόσπιτο... Είχαμε (απέξω βέβαια) μια σαύρα με περίεργους ήχους, είχαμε πουλιά που κελαιδουσαν... Είχαμε αυτό που ψάχνει κάποιος με το να μείνει σε δεντρόσπιτο, τη ζωή της φύσης. Τπτ από αυτά δεν μας ενόχλησε. Το απολαύσαμε στο 110%

Абсолютно не оправданная стоимость за такое жилье! Обязательно уточняйте состояние рисового поля . Так как в наш заезд все выглядело печально и прямо под окнами косили траву до самой ночи. Плюс потом её жгли и весь дом был в дыме... Ресторан так же ужасный и еду привезли в коробках, вместо красивой сервировки. Дома грязно и на территории тоже. Странное сочетание материалов дома . Будто хотели сделать изначально красиво, но вышло совсем по другому . И дом находится рядом с местными жителями . Весь весь вечер лаяли собаки, ездили байки, бегали дети и кричали.... Хотели уехать в тот же день, но они не сделали возврат после того как мы там были несколько минут. Самое обидное это была наша годовщина ... могли бы хотя бы предложить в качестве компенсации бесплатный завтрак. Но даже этого не было. На мой взгляд такой дом с бассейном должен стоить 800к за ночь. Не более . Напишите короткое предложение со своими

de treehouse studio met private pool. Het was nieuw schoon. Je uitzicht over de sawas van je bed en beneden open living. Heel mooi echt iets om niet vergeten. Het huisje op palen had alles wat je nodig had qua keuken gerei. Houten vloer liep zo lekker.

Het bed / matras was voor ons net iets te hard. Mijn man had hier vooral veel last van. Als het doek valt dan komen de muggen en die eten je echt op. Hierdoor ben je verplicht snel boven te zitten, wat normaal niet zo erg zou zijn als er een mooie tv geweest zou zijn met Netflix etc...

Не ухожена территория.Хотелось бы рекомендовать владельцам следить за зелеными насаждениями вокруг,подрезать сухие ветки,убирать и стричь траву.Сильная слышимость,по утрам лай собак и звук моделистов будет тебя.Не оборудована уличная кухня,есть гриль,но нету ничего что бы его разжигать.

Tolle Baumhaus-Villa mit besonderer Aussicht

Die Baumhaus-Villa war wunderschön mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf ein Reisfeld und Abends auf den Sonnenuntergang. Schöner eigener Pool mit Privatsphäre. Das Baumhaus an sich war sehr schön eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos! Wir waren positiv überrascht, dass wir keinerlei Probleme mit Insekten hatten, obwohl das Baumhaus umgeben von Natur ist. Das Wifi hat gut funktioniert.

Man brauch circa 15-20 Minuten nach Canggu, da das Hotel weiter oben liegt. Wir fanden das jedoch super, da Canggu ziemlich voll und chaotisch ist und man so dem Trubel entfliehen konnte. Das Baumhaus hatte relativ wenig Ablagefläche für den Koffer. Das Frühstück in der Villa war durchschnittlich und wurde in Papp-Boxen gebracht - kein Highlight aber in Ordnung. Die Baumhaus Villen liegen circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haupt-Hotel entfernt, dadurch hat die Kommunikation nur relativ unpersönlich über WhatsApp stattgefunden - alle Mitarbeitenden waren aber immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

An unforgettable experience immersed in nature

My family and I stayed at Grün Canggu Garden for three days and two nights, and it was a fantastic experience, especially for my 2-year-old child. It was a profound experience for him as he got to fully immerse himself in the power of nature, something he couldn't experience living in the city. Through this trip, he also learned English words like moon, stars, rice fields, motorcycles, frogs, mosquitoes, and more, which perfectly aligned with the purpose of our journey to Bali. During our stay, we were very grateful for the assistance from staff members like Deksu and Yuli. Not only were they friendly, but they also constantly checked on our well-being and experience. The next time we visit Bali, we will definitely revisit this place. Thank you.

1. The hotel had no hot water consistently; despite being back only in the morning and night, it was disheartening to find that after the first person showered, there was no hot water. The staff mentioned 30 litres available, but we waited for an hour, and it remained cold. 2. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, frequently disconnecting, and the overall connection quality was poor. 3. Is it intentional for the air conditioning to turn off automatically at night? 4. There were multiple instances of power outages during our stay. Does that seem reasonable to you? 5. Despite locking the rooms, bugs, especially mosquitoes, were present, making our brief stay quite unpleasant.

Tropical, peaceful oasis

Such an incredible oasis! This was one of the most unique stays I’ve ever had. It truly felt like you were sleeping in nature but with modern amenities (i.e clean bathroom, AC). I was worried that it was going to be dirty since the treehouse is exposed but it was somehow really clean. Highly recommend!

We liked everything in this property, actually me & my husband was so surprised how they took care about every simple detail , there was everything we needed , the hot shower was great , swimming pool was clean , barbecue was nice , air conditioning very good , and how they offer a Bluetooth audio device in every room was something special with that breathtaking views .

Exceptional

The compound was secure, lush and quiet. Such unique designed treehouses for an experience different from the usual. Enjoyed being slightly further away from the action, a no-frills stay (room service upon request, no breakfast provided) which felt so serene. Onsite amenities provided everything we need - universal power plug, water, cutlery, hair dryer. Must also mention that the shower was amazing! Location is not far - a 10-15 minute scooter ride to the main restaurant/attractions areas of Canggu and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Grün! the apartment was beautifully decorated and had an amazing patio where we could sit and have our coffee in the morning and watch the people work in the rice patty’s. the location was great as it was out of the hustle and bustle of busy Canggu, but close enough to take a grab to wherever you wanted to go. Definitely recommend and would love to stay there again!!

The only thing worth mentioning is that the kitchen was not fully equipped- seemed like a few utensils and cups were missing so I don’t think it’s necessary the place to stay and cook, but we did not mind as we did not cook while staying there.
