Vriendelijk buitenlands personeel, hotel bood vóór vertrek nog betere kamer aan. Flexibele aankomsttijd door sleutelcode. Ligging hotel Oost-Berlijn vlak bij U-bahn station, gratis parkeren in de straat mogelijk, met vlakbij straat opladers voor electrische auto.
Kamer aan straatkant met veel lawaai, dus raam dicht warm zonder airco. Kamers oud maar netjes gerenoveerd. Bed in deze kamer klein. Kamers worden niet dagelijks schoongemaakt. Wel waterkoker maar geen zakjes thee of cupjes koffie op de kamer, tip altijd zelf meebrengen.
