Squat Deluxe Berlin, the hostel

Lokalita klidná. Ubytování čisté a byly jsme spokojeny.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful garden and the environment. Overall, it felt very homey and we enjoyed the peaceful location in Berlin. The hosts were nice and helpful, especially Stéphanie (cuz we've only met her), communication with them was very easy and quick, they welcomed us and provided us with information before and during our stay. There was a fully equipped kitchen with basic spices, oil, and dishes (pots, pans, utencils...) Parking was available on the street where the hostel was located and was also free of charge. Nice surprise and plus was a card for the bakery where you could buy breakfast with a 10% discount, I think.

We were very satisfied, but there were a few minor things that didn't quite suit us. There was only one duvet. The alarm went off when we were cooking, but since the ceiling is quite low, we simply turned it off, so maybe pay attention to it when you're cooking. Another small thing is that the hostel is quite far from the center, but we knew that. But the bus stop is max. 10 min. away, and there is also a larger store there. None of these minor issues bothered us, but we just wanted to mention them.

The vibe of the place

De relaxte communicatie en vertrouwen van de host.

Het is kleiner als verwacht. De bedden waren klein en matrassen zakten door. Zou ook fijn zijn als er een ventilator oid is tegen de warmte. Buiten geen privacy en fijne stoelen.
