I had a wonderful stay at RAI Premium Istanbul and honestly, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was beautiful, modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The daily housekeeping was excellent, and the attention to detail was truly appreciated. The location in Bakırköy is fantastic — surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, and everything you could possibly need. It is also very convenient for transportation, making it easy to explore Istanbul. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. They made us feel genuinely comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. RAI Premium has the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, excellent location, and outstanding hospitality. It feels more like a home than a hotel, while still providing the service and cleanliness you expect from a high-quality hotel. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay. A very clean, cozy, and friendly boutique apartment-hotel in Bakirkoy, Istanbul. A short ride from Istanbul touristy area on the ever convenient Marmara train. Friendly, helpful staff, and plenty of choices to enjoy the authentic, Local cuisine. Room was very clean and well equipped. Internet speed was more than sufficient to stream movies. Heat pumps in living room and bedroom is a nice added benefit that is not commonly seen in Air BnB choices in Istanbul. Location is perfect to enjoy the what the area has to offer.

1.Breakfast was not included with the stay. 2.The hotel did not offer good value for money compared to the overall experience. 3.It was very difficult to sleep due to the loud street noise, which continued until around 2:00 AM. 4.Guests are charged an additional fee if the access card is lost. 5.It is recommended to carry enough Euro cash to cover your stay, as card payment may not always work properly. 6.The reception staff were friendly and polite; however, the check-in process was extremely slow. Guests should expect approximately 20–30 minutes for check-in. 7. Bedsheets need to be disposal and provide new pack
