Bed was good, I slept very well. Also the apartment was quite comfortable and the price-quality ratio was excellent.
The TV had Netflix and the TV chair was very comfortable. 🥰
The kitchen was well lit and had everything you needed, including basic spices, salt, pepper, sugar. Also 6 bottles of water was ready, not the usual two.
Also the very early check-in was arranged on the short notice, which was great after long flights.
The chairs at the small table were a bit uncomfortable to sit on for long periods of time, a thick cushion would help. Same with the desk stool.
The balcony was small and high up, but I didn't use it anyway because of the hot weather.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und bequem und sie hat alles was man braucht und Balkon und Waschmaschine Klimaanlage etc, ich werde nur empfehlen.

Clean comforts, the owner was very helpful, around the location you can walk and get your service food medication the area is always noisy day at night many labour around, the service and food is expensive little bit
We have suffered from the building left at the 15th floor , it was very crowded, noisy, long waiting time at the rush hour, the parking slot is quite spaced enough
