The location was ~30 minute walking distance from the Burj Khalifa, fountains and the park. There was a waterside nearby - also suitable for evening walks. The building had its own swimming pool - in the shade most of the day, a small kids playground, and a gym.
The apartment is tiny. We had to keep our luggage and baby pushchair on the balcony. There was no space for us to comfortably have dinner. It's very very small. The area as well isn't great. Not only it's full of construction sites that cause noise and dust, in the evening it's very congested - so if you need to drive out of the garage - forget about it.

The bed was really small a single bed for a couple definitely not good but it was changed upon complaint

Il balcone con vista molto spazioso e la camera completante esposta alla luce
