There should have been human interaction. We are senior citizens and we struggled quite a bit to enter the apartment with all the technology involved. Somebody should have been present. Locker room should be there to keep luggage. Check in and Check our time should be same. Could not operate NETFLIX and no human being was available to help.

Very comfortable studio, nice balcony overlooking the city (canal), good location 20 minutes walk from Bur Khalifa. The Carrefour supermarket is very useful and the entire structure, pool and restaurant are clean, modern and beautiful. Mr. Osama was always available and friendly, doing everything he could to make our stay the best possible.

It's on the 4th floor, and we thought it would be higher. The towels, toilet paper, and toiletries provided are insufficient for a 5-day stay.

The gas sensor went on while we’re sleeping and neither the host nor the staff were able to help until the neighbors kept on complaining they sent us a technician at 4 am and he just switched off the electricity. The alarm was on for an hour from 3 am till 4 which disturbed our sleep and we had a conference to attend the following day. We were extremely unsatisfied with how the situation was dealt with as the host didn’t even check up what happened the following day!! When the technician switched the electricity switch we were not even able to use microwave or boiler in the morning. This should be taken care of for future reference.
