住宿地點附近環境很安靜, 走路六分鐘可以到晴空塔. 十五分鐘可以到淺草寺, 地鐵站也不遠, 交通非常便利! 住宿空間寬敞明亮, 床和枕頭舒適好入眠, 小廚房可簡單烹煮食物, 兩個大行李箱完全打開都不成問題! 是個能讓人白天逛累了之後, 晚上好好放鬆休息的地方
隔音效果不是很好 住宿地點是一樓, 可以很清楚聽到二樓房客的走路聽音, 如果二樓入住的是家庭或是團體, 喧嘩嘻鬧的聲音會特別的明顯和大聲

兩間房間有各一台冷氣機
客廳的部分跟外面進來沒有冷氣機，冬天的時候會很冷，去刷牙洗臉會冷，但是有熱水（熱水很快就熱了）
