Lo que más me gustó sin duda fue el excepcional trato que nos dieron cuando nos surgió un problema con la habitación. Un trato al cliente de 10, como pocas veces me ha pasado, lo cual agradezco profundamente.
La habitación está limpia y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable. Nosotros la escogimos porque teníamos que coger un tren desde la estación de Chamartín al día siguiente, y está muy muy cerca.
La recomendaría sin duda.

Habitación bien aseada, cómoda y con decoración sencilla. La noche fue silenciosa, incluso dando la habitación a la calle

Confortable, limpio, buena ubicación para mis intereses, un poquito reducido el espacio de la habitación. Pero fue excelente.

La cama muy cómoda y la placa de ducha amplia.
El aire muy potente y con buena graduación.
El lado derecho de la cama no tenía mesita de noche ni enchufe habitación n°12 ya que entre el muro y la cama quedaban unos 30 cm.
