La habitación estaba limpia y la ubicación es buena para dormir cerca de la estación de Chamartin.
Al hacer todo el check in online, el proceso es tedioso y pesado. Si haces el check in on line más tarde de las 18h porque no puedes antes,como fue mi caso, y algo no salió bien, me tocó llamar a un teléfono de soporte en el que me atendieron bien, pero perdí mucho tiempo. Sobre todo si valoras que te atiendan, este no es tu alojamiento, ya que no hay personal y todo se hace online.
