Clean, there’s everything you need. 2 metro stations near by. Lockers for the luggage at the ground floor.
There was a new construction on the side, if you like to sleep until late it can be noisy.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, modern, and very well equipped. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was nearby. The check-in process was easy and well organized. I especially appreciated the helpful and attentive communication from the staff. Overall, the apartment fully met my expectations and I would gladly stay here again.

Location, ease of access to the metro and the supermarket, security, communication with the host.
The queen sized bed is very comfortable, but a bit tight for two people. However, there is the option to turn the sofa into a bed if you need it.

Modern, neutral design, practical, little noice, bright, mini balcony, elevator, well-equipped, clean, (-but needs deep cleaning). Nice cleaning girl, thourough in her job. Neighbourhood has most shops needed close by.
Inpersonal service, expensive, 20-30 minutes far from center, dusty walls, ceilings, skirting boards and upholstries. Only one cleaning per 8 days included, which was not clearly comunicated from the beginning. Uncomfortable sofa bed (thin, bulgy materess). Lacks system for and info about recycling of paper and glass. Area not very charming for tourists, but works. Good pizza on the big square behind Mercadona.
