Excellent location. Very spacious house. Fantastic views. Lovely Kitchen. Nice sun room, helped warm the house some during the sunny days.
Only source of heat was minisplit in back of house (living room). Left front of house cool sometimes (used fan to help draw warm air). Door to garage did not latch so had to block it with pan to prevent cold air coming in.

Great location. Great weather. Great view. Walked to the local takeaways, op shop, cafe. Longer walk through the school at the end of the road and down to the supermarket and more cafes and restaurants. Walked to Hamurana Reserve for a swim at high tide. Walked around the cliffs via McDonnell Street to Crapp Reserve and down for lunch at the boat club.
