Our Family loves this holiday home! This is the second time we have stayed here and have thoroughly enjoyed it.We have are a family of 6 and we also had a couple of family come stay with us so plenty of room for everyone.Close to walk to the beach and not far to drive to town or the Wharf for a fish/swim. We will definitely be booking again thank you Steve you truly are a great host and were very accommodating during the recent cyclone which is the day we were meant to arrive. Will be booking again thank you

When we got to the house it wasn’t the cleanest, it whole house smelt bad, one of the downstairs bedrooms smelt like someone had pissed in the corner & the rubbish & recycling bins had not been emptied. Who ever was there before us didn’t take much time (if any) to clean before leaving!My wife spent the first day cleaning the all surfaces and vacuuming whilst I removed the glass from the yellow recycling bin and aired out the place. We had to purchase plug in air fresheners & carpet deodorisers to help get rid of the not so pleasant smells.Despite the condition of the house when we arrived and the cleaning we had to do we loved being there & the location was great & we dint want to leave.

Great location! Communication was really good with the manager. Upstairs kitchen is lovely, really well stocked with utensils. Some thoughts we had that would improve the property… firstly it was full of dog hair, which being a pet friendly accommodation I get, however a vacuum that actually has some suction would be great to get rid of that before other guests arrive who like us, did not have a dog. Curtains need to be hung properly so they actually cover the whole window on the upstairs bedroom. Downstairs is very musty and damp and has what looks like asbestos on the ceiling which was actually dropping and had obviously been disturbed by previous visitors, so we decided not to use the downstairs which meant we did have to sleep on the floor as there was no longer enough beds. Lots of positives to this property that could easily be improved with just a little extra TLC.
