About this house rental
We rent our family home. This large traditional villa ideally located on the Pointe de la Garde, 300 m from the beach is perfect for one or more families who want to spend a holiday together.
The house consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 13 beds, 5 bathrooms,
Overlooking the large beach, the house has an exceptional view of the bay of Saint Cast. You can enjoy many leisure activities: The beach at 300 m with the nautical club, the beach club for children, the beach bar, the tennis and padel tennis courts at 5 minutes walk, the 18-hole golf course at 5 minutes by car, hikes with the GR34 and all the surrounding sites, Cap Fréhel Cap d'Erquy, Fort La Latte, Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan, ...
The house comprises:
On the first floor:
A grand entrance,
A large living room with a living room area with a beautiful sea view and a dining room,
An open and equipped kitchen,
A bedroom, sea view with a double bed and its bathroom,
A bedroom with a double bed and its shower room,
A separate toilet.
On the 1st floor:
A bedroom, sea view, with 2 single beds (or a double bed) opening onto a large terrace,
A bedroom, sea view, with a double bed and its bathroom,
A bedroom with two single beds,
A bedroom with a single bed and its toilet,
A shower room with a toilet with a sanibroyeur.
In the basement (also garden level):
A bedroom with 2 single beds (or a double bed)
A shower room (not renovated)
The house is equipped with:
Oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, small freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, washing machine,
TV, wifi, charcoal barbecue, garden furniture,
Possibility of travel cots and baby equipment,
Sheets and towels not provided; Possibility of renting 20 € / person.
Rental conditions
from 1 January to 30 March 300 € / night + 50 € heating if necessary (4 nights minimum)
From 1 April to 29 June: 350 € / night + 50 € heating if necessary (4 nights minimum)
from 29 June to 13 July: €390/night; a minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday
from 13 July to 3 August: €450/night; a minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday
Cleaning fee €150 regardless of the length of stay.
Tourist tax according to the current rate
Check-in time 16:00, check-out time 10:00. These times can be arranged according to the availability of the house.
