About this house rental
Welcome to Kemah Breeze! A little slice of paradise in a quiet, quaint Texas neighborhood - walking distance to the Kemah Boardwalk, amazing restaurants, boutiques, live music, and sunsets on the beautiful Galveston Bay. Absolutely NO PETS or SMOKING INDOORS are allowed! Our home has plenty of space for 8 guests with 6 beds and 3 full baths. Come stay with us at Kemah Breeze and explore the unique, vibrant area of the Lighthouse District. We hope you will join us for your next adventure very soon!
Kemah Breeze has plenty of space for 8 guests with an additional mini studio apartment connected to the back deck. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS or SMOKING INDOORS! The top floor of the house is the Master Suite and Master Bathroom. The first floor of our home has 2 spacious bedrooms, lots of closet space, a beautiful full size bathroom, and a spacious kitchen that opens up to the living area. We also provide a full size washer and dryer to be used at your convenience.
When you enter the front doors of Kemah Breeze, you will immediately feel a sense of relaxation and comfort where the decor provides a true sense of the Galveston coast. A coffee bar is provided in our home for our guests to enjoy! We hope you will enjoy drinking your coffee or tea, as you take a moment to feel the breeze on the front or back decks of the house. If you sit on the deck long enough, you might see some of the beautiful birds that like to visit our little area. If you enjoy morning or evening walks, there is a wonderful walking path directly behind the house. This path will lead you all the way to the Kemah Lighthouse District. What a great place to stay for families to enjoy the Kemah Boardwalk Friday Night Summer Fireworks/Thursday Night Summer Concerts, or if you are traveling for work and need a quiet place to stay to get some work done! Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Parking: We have room for up to 3 cars in the driveway.
Maximum Occupancy: 8 people maximum in our home
(Our home is not equipped for more than (8) total people.)
Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed at the home.
Party Policy: NO PARTIES are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if this is the intent of your trip.
**If our house rules/guest policies are not followed, we will respectfully ask you and your group to leave the premises immediately with no refund given. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book.
**Since our home is built on pilings and has many stairs inside/outside the house, please do not leave small children unattended outside on the decks or around the stairs. Thank you!
**Security cameras are located on the front deck, back deck, and under the house (carport).
Guest access: Guests will have access to the entire property.
**We are unable to price match any rates found on other platforms.
**We go above and beyond to provide a clean, comfortable, well-stocked home for our guests to enjoy. We respectfully ask our guests to take great care of our property during their stay, and to leave the property in great condition when they check-out. Thank you!

Our stay in Kemah was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was exactly as described—if not better—and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront, yet still quiet enough to unwind and enjoy some peace. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the amenities were thoughtful and convenient, and every detail made our stay easy and enjoyable.What really stood out was how seamless everything was—from check-in to check-out. You can tell a lot of care goes into making sure guests have a great experience.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our Kemah trip. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway!
