Beautifully updated and modern 2352 sq.ft. 3 level home. Perfect for friends, family or corporate travel. This 3 bed, 2.5 bath home is a great place for up to 10 guests with a huge gourmet kitchen, large family room, and balconies to watch summer fireworks and , room for boat parking. Great place for entertaining. Steps away from the Kemah Boardwalk, 1-2 blocks from all the top bars and restaurants (without the noise!), near NASA Space Center, beaches & more.
Mobility scooter available for rent for $100 per stay. With PRIOR reservation if available.

Interaction with guests
Kemah has a noise ordinance therefore loud music or noise is prohibited after 10 pm
Neighbors are very noise sensitive.
No garage access no unregistered guest on property

Had an incredible stay in Kemah. Property was very nice, great location. Property host was nice enough to let us know that we could check in early, which we very much needed coming from a 10:00am check out at another location in Galveston. Thank you very much.
