About this house rental
• Vacation home, 2 stories with a loggia
• Sleeps up to 6 people
• Linens included. This means that upon arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, plus 2 hand towels, 1 guest towel, 1 bath towel, and 2 washcloths per person.
• Gas heating
• Free Wi-Fi / fiber-optic internet
• 1 parking space (A second parking space can be booked upon request.)
• Laminate flooring in the bedrooms and tile flooring in the rest of the house
• First floor: Living-dining area, modern and cheerfully furnished.
The bathroom has light-colored tile flooring. Shower, sink, toilet, and ample storage space in the cabinet and on the shelf. (Hair dryer, hand mirror, bathroom stool).
Well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, blender, hand blender, oven, etc.). A Senseo coffee maker, a coffee maker, and an air fryer are available. Four kitchen towels are provided for you.
• 3 bedrooms on both floors:
1st bedroom (attic): a spacious room with a double bed and built-in closets. The highlight is the loggia with a view of the greenery.
2nd bedroom (top floor) with 2 fixed single beds and built-in closets. This room also offers plenty of space.
3rd Bedroom on the first floor: 2 fixed single beds and a dresser.
All 6 beds each have a nightstand with a matching lamp and USB charging stations.
• Ironing board and iron.
• The patio, featuring a covered seating area, lounge chairs, and a grill, is sheltered by a hedge.
For four-legged friends, there is an escape-proof, one-meter-high fence.
• For our little guests, we provide a high chair, a toddler bed, a step stool and toilet seat adapter, a handcart, and children’s tableware.
• Dogs are welcome (please mention this in your inquiry). A dog mat, dog blankets, and four bowls are provided.
The Bulgenshuus offers excellent value for the price.
We do not charge extra for the additional room or the size of the house.
Minimum stay: Off-season 3 nights / Peak and summer season 7 nights
Our gap-filler: Very often, the calendar allows for fewer nights to be booked during the peak and summer seasons. If you find such a gap, you can book those nights.
Bulgenhuus:
The Bulgenshuus is a charming two-story house with a pointed roof, featuring three bedrooms and accommodating up to six people. Dogs are welcome in our vacation homes and can stay for free. The garden is enclosed by a 1-meter-high, escape-proof fence.
Included in the rental price are a parking space, a washing machine, fiber-optic internet, and laundry sets for our guests. Only the guest fee (visitor’s tax) is charged separately. An additional parking space in Taddigshörn can be booked if needed.
On the first floor, there is a loggia accessible from the master bedroom that offers a view of the garden. On the first floor, a terrace with a garden invites you to relax.
The dike is about 450 meters away, and shopping, restaurants, and other amenities are within a few minutes’ walk.
Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is within easy walking distance.
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
