About this apartment rental
The 59 m² Upstalsboom 3-room vacation rental, bsak8-31, is located in the “Deichhäuser Anna-Küste” complex in Bensersiel and can accommodate up to 5 people. Particularly noteworthy are the two spacious, covered balconies facing a sunny southwest direction. Here, you can enjoy the soothing seaside climate of this North Sea health resort all day long.
The Location
This modern and bright vacation rental is located on the second floor of Deichhaus 8, in the heart of Bensersiel, just 500 meters from the sandy beach and the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés; and the Nordseetherme, the seawater outdoor pool with a large water slide, and the sports theme park are all within easy walking distance. Our tip: Take a day trip to Langeoog—the ferry service between Bensersiel and the car-free island takes just under an hour and runs several times a day. The ferry terminal is just a short walk (about 1 km) from the Deichhäuser.
Amenities
The tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi. The living area, which includes a sofa bed, features a fully equipped open kitchenette with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, oven, kettle, and microwave, as well as a large flat-screen TV and a radio. The apartment features a dining table for 5 people and a cozy seating area. Two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, and the other with two single beds—are available for your use. The alcove bedroom with the single beds has a skylight and a sliding door. A crib can be provided for a fee. The stylish bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a vanity with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. After an eventful day of vacation, relax on the covered balconies, which are furnished with garden furniture for 5 people.
Highlights From spring through late fall, guests staying at the Deichhäuser who book a stay for the 2026 season will also enjoy free, unlimited access to the water park and sauna area at our neighboring partner hotel, Aquantis. There’s something for the whole family here: a 175 m² water area, a rock landscape with a waterfall and water slide, bubbling spring stations, a bubble mushroom, surge showers, a counter-current system, a children’s wading pool with water spouts, and a sauna area featuring a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a steam sauna. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee. Unfortunately, this service will no longer be part of our offerings for future bookings starting in 2027.
The “Castello” restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, offers daily breakfast. The restaurant staff will be happy to welcome you every day during your stay in the 2026 season.
This apartment includes a free parking space. Lockable bike storage in cages and charging stations for e-bikes are also available. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Wohnung und auch die Lage war optimal. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und man könnte den herrlichen Strand genießen. Ganz toll war auch die kostenlose Nutzung des Schwimmbad im Hotel. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Alles komplett und praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr gute Raumaufteilung, alles durchdacht. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Sehr ruhig.
