About this house rental
• Vacation home
• Up to 4 guests
• Linens included. This means that upon arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, plus 2 hand towels, 1 guest towel, 1 bath towel, and 2 washcloths per person.

• 1 parking space (A second parking space can be booked upon request.)

• Living-dining area, modernly furnished with a maritime flair. The skylight provides particularly beautiful light. Smart TV, internet radio
• Bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), 1 large closet, and plenty of electrical outlets. The room can be completely darkened.
• Second bedroom with 2 fixed box-spring beds (90x200 cm each). Wardrobe and electrical outlets.
• Well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, hand blender, oven, etc.). A Senseo coffee maker and a drip coffee maker are available. Four kitchen towels are provided here for you.
• The bathroom features light-colored tiles with blue accents. Amenities: shower, Allibert mirror cabinet, sink, toilet. (Plus hair dryer, hand mirror, bathroom stool).
• Washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
• The terrace, which feels like a courtyard, features a covered seating area, lounge chairs, and a grill, and is sheltered by a hedge and a small fence.
• The front yard features a fenced-in lawn and a cozy seating area.
• For our youngest guests, we provide a high chair, a toddler bed, a step stool and toilet seat adapter, a handcart, and children’s tableware.
• Dogs are welcome (please mention this in your inquiry). A dog mat, dog blankets, and four bowls are provided.
• Please note when booking:
As shown on the floor plan and in the photos, the master bedroom is the only room in the house that does not have a window facing the outside. Instead, it has a window facing the living room, where the balcony door and the wide window front are located right next to it. This allows natural light to enter the room and ensures good ventilation. The room can be completely darkened using the blackout blinds. For those who prefer fresh air directly from outside, please note that the second bedroom has two single beds that cannot be moved.
Minimum stay: Off-season 3 nights / Peak and summer season 7 nights
Our gap-filler: Very often, the calendar allows for shorter stays to be booked during the peak and summer seasons. If you spot such a gap, you can book those nights.

Out front is a green front yard with an escape-proof fence, and adjoining the living room is a terrace with a cozy courtyard. Dogs are very welcome here. Parking space available.
A vacation in Bensersiel on the North Sea… the “island on the mainland,” very child- and family-friendly. Dogs are very welcome in our vacation homes. The gardens are escape-proof, and there are beautiful walking paths along both the natural beach and the Siel.
We also accommodate electric cars. The cottage in Taddigshörn has a parking space with a wallbox right in front of the vacation home. The cottage in Taddigshörn is centrally located and close to the beach: it’s about 200 meters to the dike, and the town center is just one street away—right next door. The Deichpassage is in the immediate vicinity.
Our Friesenkate Bensersiel is located in the popular Lammertshörn vacation home community. The location is central and close to the beach: about a 5-minute walk to the town center, and the beach is just as close. The Nordseetherme is right nearby. Parking is included here.
Everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation is within walking distance of both vacation homes. So far, our vacation homes have received consistently very good and good reviews. Guests have particularly highlighted the cleanliness, furnishings, comfort, and central location.
