The rooms itself are great, clean, nicely decorated and the host is VERY nice...there is absolutely nothing I can claim wrong about it. However, unfortunately the rooms are right above a bar that was open until 2am with VERY loud music and lots of people. My bed was literally shaking from the bass. :( If there wasn't for that they would get a 10!
