We had a nice stay! Old, sturdy home was solid during strong storms. We had no worries. Well equipped and comfortable. Love being on the ocean! Awesome beach. Note pool is not heated. We couldn’t even use it as it was so cold from days of rain although it was warming up when we left. Ceiling fans and a/c were great. Take note there are stairs to enter the home after a walk around to the front Oceanside of the house where the door is. No garage access.

The outdoor space and the location were everything! We loved being able to walk right on the beach and into the downtown. The pool and deck were so awesome! The inside of the home is quite dated. There are no lamps in the bedrooms, which made reading in bed a challenge. The outlets in the master bath did not work either. Theceilings in the basement where most of the bedrooms are are quite low, which worked for us because that’s where we put the kids.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is amazing and most of the stay was spent enjoying the outside amenities including the pool and wonderful covered porch with views of the ocean. House is a quirky 1950s cottage (ceiling height in lower level not meant for tall people) but was overall cozy. Any issues that cropped up were quickly responded to by the host which was much appreciated! It does have a small charcoal grill we referred to as the baby Weber, but we were still able to cook for 8 people on it! Bonus we were also able to watch the rocket launch right from the raised deck which was awesome!!

The host was very responsive the circuit breaker was flipped for the air conditioner and they walked us through how to reset it. There was no power in one bathroom they sent a maintenance man out promptly. The location was great, house was nice. There were no hot pads for using the oven. The pool is very nice, beach is beautiful. Plenty of room in the house
