The location is great, house needs some attending to. Comfortable and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped. Beach is right there and the views are amazing. The host responds very quickly when called.

Property owners are available and helpful, went over and above expectations to assist with a few travel “glitches” we encountered. Property is lovely ocean front and convenient to all Cocoa Beach activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!!

Property mgrs were great. Furniture a little worn Recommend that the owner needs install a pool pump and heater that works which would give renter the option for a heated pool.

The house was very clean and had lots of space. The location right on the beach was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The pool during our stay was ice cold because of the low temperatures and no sun on the pool. A little outdated furniture but that didn't hinder our stay but if replaced would make the house even better. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
