About this apartment rental

This apartment is in a prime position, being quiet and private yet close to the picturesque harbour and its many attractions.
The apartment enjoys uninterrupted estuary views and direct access to the SW coastal footpath to the rear, With private harbour area with slipway access - perfect for crabbing and perhaps a spot of fishing (or perhaps a dip!)

Stunning estuary views from both the lounge and main bedroom and has direct access via a private gate onto the southwest coastal footpath, you really don't realise you are right in heart of Padstow.

The apartments entrance is via the foyer and up 2 flights of stairs or via a lift.

Open plan Lounge/Dining/Kitchen is comfortably furnished with everything you need for a self-catering holiday.

The Kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, Dualit "classic range" Toaster, microwave and breakfast bar with stools, ideal for those mealtimes in when you aren’t enjoying the wonders of the local restaurants.

The Lounge area has a Juliette Balcony to maximise the views over the private harbour to the Estuary, with two sofas, further chair, a TV DVD and Radio/CD player.

A door to the right gives access to the Inner Hallway with door to the Main Bedroom at the front of the apartment with picture window and Estuary views with King-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
Bathroom - bath with shower over, low level WC and wash hand basin.
Second Bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, window.

This apartment is in a prime position, being quiet and private yet close to the picturesque harbour and its many attractions, benefiting from an allocated Parking space.

Electricity & Gas Central Heating - Included in rental.

Changeover Day - Friday. Arrival 4pm and Departure 10am Prompt.

One dog can be accommodated by prior arrangement with the owner at £30 per pet per week.

Bedding: bed linen, duvets, pillows and towels and tea towels are all supplied.

Polite reminder: Dogs are not permitted in the communal garden area. Dogs must be kept on a lead in all other communal areas.

On arrival we couldn’t get the parking gates to open as we had failed to note the arrow after the pin. This was our fault but might be worth emphasising in the arrival instructions. The apartment was perfect for our needs but smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. We let the agent know and they agreed and provided aerosols to help mask the smell. Unfortunately this did spoil our holiday

Easy to find and easy process to get to the apartment and keys. It was a wow factor once you walk in the door. The view fantastic! The lounge and kitchen perfect size and so comfortable. All cleaned on arrival. The main bedroom again with fantastic view! Everything you needed was in this flat. A couple of light bulbs went in the bathroom, visited CRW who sorted it for us. So easy and helpful. The location is great. Lovely Evening stroll to the lovely restaurants and shops.. great spot to visit all locations in the area.thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment.

View from lounge and bedroom window’s fantastic, location great, good parking, bathroom requires updating ie shower curtain replace jacuzzi bath doesn’t work replace, chopping boards needs replacing pots and pans need good clean, stains on sofas and cushions, mattress in main bedroom stained no extra sheet for bed
