Apartment was on the corner of the building and had no balcony. There was a view but not able to enjoy it.

Excellent location, well Maintained and clean communal areas. Well Maintained lifts and hallways, lovely fresh smell. Apartment was clean and well equipped with kitchen appliances. Fresh clean linen and towels.
The window in the main room Didn’t lock and it had no barrier for safety, we had to watch our 4 year old at all times (21st floor) Only two pillows on the beds needed more, as they were quite flat.

Excellent location, good for New Town and Old Town.
The keys had to be collected from a reception desk located about 1.3km from the apartments. This was not explained anywhere on the booking website. The host asked for the keys to be returned to the same office on departure - this was stupid as our departure was at 7am, when the reception would not be open - so it was agreed that the keys could be left in the room. This was not a simple task, as the keys were needed to get out of the apartment block, so one stood at the open gate at the bottom, whilst the other went back to the 21st floor to leave the keys No balcony on the 21st floor, and windows more akin to a dungeon than a holiday apartment.
