My first time in Madrid and I had the opportunity to stay at PlazaMayorSuites Everything went very well from the booking to the check-out. Once I booked i was contacted via whatsapp by a staff member. Elena, who provided many information about the place, the services provided and also information about the activities to do while in Madrid. Very useful.The appartment is clean in a very secure building. And i was welcome with complimentary gifts, very appreciated. The location in Madrid is perfect. I could reach all the places i needed to by walking. But if you want, there many metro stations around and many buses lines as well. And also the follow-up of your stay, checking whether everything was going as planned makes you feel as a valued guest. Don’t hesitate if you want to book at PlazaMayorSuites, it’s worth it !
