The location is great. It has everything you need for a nice short stay. Very clean.

We loved everything about this place!! It was sooo cute and comfy and clean and oh sooo quiet and peaceful!! It had everything we could want for our 3 nights and we'd stay here again for even longer stays. The location could not have been better- by Plza Mayor, good restaurants, Palacio Real, metro stops, short walk to Puerto de Sol and Gran Via. The staff helped us along all the way with online booking things, transport to/from hotel at great rates and super easy. Very nice attentive staff and just a wonderful easy experience. We have traveled a ton, and we really liked this place and experience. We highly recommend this location and company.
Ummmm? Well, we didn't like leaving. Honestly, we had no complaints whatsoever and would return here in a heartbeat. Whoever designed and runs this place has and is doing a great job. Finding good apartments is tough but this one is a keeper.
