About this apartment rental
When we came to settle in Ploemel, we wanted to live and live the experience of a wooden house (wooden frame) in the form of a farmhouse, with its warm atmosphere.
We want to share with you our adventure and which knows how to make you want to build an extension or a complete wooden house.
To fully taste it, you will have access to a large terrace overlooking the land, at the height of the treetops and to a terrace to the south overlooking your private garden.
You are 2 minutes from the Golf de Saint Laurent.
In addition, you are 10 minutes from the great beaches of the ocean, the beaches of the Bay of Quiberon (Plouharnel, Carnac, La Trinité sur mer, Saint Philibert, Locmariaquer) and the Ria d'Etel, and 20 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan and finally 6 minutes from Auray.
You will be welcomed by Mrs. Germain de Cardéa who will be in contact with the neighbor for the mowing and with a technical service provider for small technical problems.
The cleaning service of 80 € is not included in the rent, you will have to pay it to the concierge before your arrival.
Bed linen and towels are optional. If you want to rent them:
- 23€/bed (double beds 140x190cm and single beds 90x190cm)
- 7 € for a kit of 2 towels
