Our traditional Breton stone house, with its distinctive blue shutters and beautiful garden, is the ideal starting point for your adventures. Discover idyllic beaches, explore the diverse coastal landscape, and visit picturesque towns and numerous attractions. And if you’d rather take it easy, Ty Lapaul offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy your vacation in the cozy atmosphere of our home!

This 17th-century farmhouse, located in the heart of a picturesque village, features a living room with a built-in kitchen/dining room/living area, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet on the first floor.
The upper floor features a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bedroom with a 160x190 bed, and a bedroom with two 90x190 bunk beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
Outside, you can enjoy a 17 m² west-facing gravel patio as well as an unfenced 80 m² garden with a dining table, grill, and umbrella. You can park up to two vehicles in front of the property. Baby equipment available: crib, high chair, booster seat, baby chair, and toilet seat reducer. The rental features a “Smart TV” connected to apps (some free, others paid) that allow you to watch videos and movies. The fireplace cannot be used. Located in the Morbihan department of Brittany, Locoal Mendon is a rural town near the coast.
Location
You’ll discover exceptional natural sites, such as the Cadoudal Trail, 8 km away, for a walk between the countryside and the sea, or the Ria d’Etel, 5 km away, with its oyster farmers’ path and marshlands.
This charming stone farmhouse is ideally located. The long beaches of Erdeven and the menhirs of Carnac are just a 20-minute drive away. Auray and the port of Saint Goustan are 10 km away. Vannes and its historic center are about thirty kilometers away.
