This cozy bungalow is located in a quiet neighborhood in South Tampa. It is perfect for a small group of people looking to have a private space with a full kitchen and a dedicated driveway. It is within walking distance to fantastic bars and restaurants. It is centrally located to Tampa's biggest attractions -- SOHO, Amelia Arena, Raymond James Stadium, Hyde Park Village, Bayshore, Armature Works, etc. The perfect spot to stay for your Tampa getaway!
The property is nestled in a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood in South Tampa. It’s centrally located and close to all of the amazing things Tampa has to offer.
It is walking distance of South Howard Ave which has some amazing restaurants (Bern’s, Bulla, Taco Dirty, Fresh Kitchen, Green Lemon and many more).
There are also some great bars within walking distance (The Patio, World of Beer, Saloon, Bar HWRD)
It’s a mile away is Hyde Park village which had some great shops and restaurants.
Other great attractions nearby are Downtown Tampa, Bayshore Blvd, Channelside, Davis Island, Harbour Island and Armature Works.
There’s a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
If you walk toward Howard Ave they will have Spin, Bird and other scooters available for rent.
Alternatively Uber, Lyft or public transportation is available.
The property has a dedicated driveway and street parking available for your vehicle.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors before you leave the home.

Great little spot ! Just what was needed for my trip. Small but better than a hotel room with the needed amenities and in a great family neighborhood!. Clean !! Close to lots of shops and restaurants.

We loved this little place and are looking forward to coming back. It’s in a great, safe location not far from downtown or the waterfront. It has everything you need and was very clean. My only slight negative is that the water pressure in the bathroom sink was quite low so hopefully something can be done about that. But we’ll look forward to staying again in the future.

Stay was decent but fell a little short with some details lost, only one coffee cup for us and some floor damage that needs attention. Ended up cutting my foot on a chipped piece of flooring which unfortunately was in several spots in kitchen are so had to wear shoes inside residence.during my stay. I would say property needs a little TLC overall. Killed several unknown bugs on ceiling. Property is cute and fit our needs for a short stay but clearly is intended for a single person. I did however appreciate communication with representative.
