The hotel is located at a dead end street and has nature preserve next to it, so even being next to a major highway and main street it's really quiet. The rooms have some issues as the hotel is not new, but if you address it with the front desk, they'll try to fix the issue for you the best they can. You can choose between smoking and non-smoking rooms, which we chose the latter one and the room didn't smell like smoke. A little stuffy at first, but you have to keep in mind it's rainy season in Florida, when humidity is super high. The linens and towels were fresh and clean, the room has no carpet, so that's a plus. We did see 1 roach, but we took care of it and then informed the front desk, so they sent a maintenance man to spray the room. It's no high end hotel, but it is not as bad as some reviews try to make it seem.

Hotel is very outdated. Shower curtain was filthy and had hair on it. Floor wasn’t swept good and sheets had spots on it. Beds were very comfortable and the location was good, not too far from everything. I would only stay again, if it’s was my last resort
