    Phenomenal view. About 10 min away from the metro if you need to go to Old Town. Beautiful promenade to walk on and next to the UNESCO bridge. Got upgraded to corner suite for free. Unreal service.

    Очень чистые приятные номера, персонал безумно вежливый и готовый помочь. Очень-очень приятный персонал! Местоположение у реки и подвесного моста - просто роскошно. Но надо иметь ввиду, что до Бильбао добираться как миниму 40 минут на общественном транспорте. Завтрак достаточно скудный. Много сладких булочек, хлебов, йогурты, но вообще не было овощей или разнообразия выбора мяса. Только хамон и бекон. Но вкусно Парковка при отеле хорошая, но дорогая - 19 евро против 7,5 за парковку через дорогу. Когда мы приехали, нам дали номер с видом на улицу, хотя по фото в агоде явно было видно, что вид на реку. Персонал объяснил, что это ошибка фото на сервисе, и на самом деле стандарт - это без реки. В итоге номер обновили за 13евро/ночь, что довольно приятно.
