Sleeping up to 12 guests in total comfort, Black Diamond Ski House is professionally managed by Birch Hospitality, ensuring top-tier service and a seamless stay. Whether you`re skiing, exploring North Conway’s shops and restaurants, or enjoying quality time with friends and family, this home delivers elevated comfort in one of New Hampshire’s most sought-after locations.
You have access to everything in the house and no indoor spaces are shared. The only amenity that is shared is the community fire pit. You will have up to two parking spaces, Max. Any additional cars must be parked at Cranmore Mountain and then you can walk back to the house.
WE ARE LOCAL! Just let us know what you need
A maximum of two (2) vehicles is allowed at all times at the property. Any additional vehicles may be parked at Cranmore Mountain in the community parking lot.

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 9pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

The place is amazing. Easy to get everywhere from this location. Walked over to tubing. Baked and cooked for a birthday. The place has everything you need. Host responded quickly when we had an issue with garage code. Definitely five star.
