This stunning three-bedroom detached villa is located on a desirable corner plot in the elevated Ortalaan district of Kalkan. Boasting panoramic views and a prime position, the property is just a short 12-15 minute downhill walk to the vibrant centre of Kalkan town, making it ideal for both permanent residence and holiday rentals.
