Villa Kaitak is a stylish and beautifully presented 3-bedroom villa in Kalkan, located in a peaceful residential area just a 10–15 minute walk from the harbour, Old Town, restaurants and shops.
Combining contemporary interiors with mature gardens, generous outdoor living space and lovely sea views from the upper floors and rooftop terrace, this elegant villa is ideal for families, couples or friends looking for a relaxed stay close to the centre of Kalkan.
One of the villa’s standout features is the spacious roof terrace, complete with a shaded seating area, rooftop bar and panoramic views across Kalkan Bay — the perfect spot for sunset drinks or relaxed evenings under the stars.
Inside, the villa is bright and airy throughout, with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace and balconies.
The accommodation is arranged over three levels:
Ground Floor
Open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with direct access to the pool terrace. The modern kitchen includes marble worktops, breakfast bar, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer.
Also on this floor is a double bedroom with direct terrace access, plus a separate shower room.
First Floor
Two further bedrooms are located on this level:
• Spacious double bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony
• Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony
Both bedrooms are light and spacious with lovely upper-floor views towards Kalkan Bay.
Roof Terrace
A fabulous additional living space with shaded seating, sun loungers, outdoor shower and rooftop bar with fridge. The sea views from here are particularly beautiful at sunset.
Outside Space
The villa is surrounded by mature gardens and greenery, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere.
The private pool measures approximately 6m x 6m and features Roman steps with handrail access. Sun loungers and parasols are provided around the pool terrace, together with an alfresco dining area and BBQ.

We had visited Kalkan before but this was the first time we stayed at this villa. It is just beautiful and so clean. The help we received from the owners was amazing. Answering questions promptly and being so helpful throughout. Even sorting out the transfer taxis for us at a much cheaper rate than i could get them. There is a much appreciated welcome pack on arrival and everything in the villa you could possibly need. The pool and outside area is cleaned every day. It was, without doubt, the best holiday villa i have ever stayed in. We will be back!
