About this apartment rental
I rent my beautiful apartment of 100m2 located in Annecy Le Vieux 1.5kms from the lake. 12 minutes walk. Modern, cosy and well-being equipment assured.
It is made up as follows:
BEDROOMS
- 1 living room of 31m2 open to the kitchen 12m2 fully equipped
- 1 very large bedroom of 25m2 with a 160cm bed (sheets included)
- 1 second bedroom of 12m2 with 140cm bed (sheets included)
TERRACE
1 terrace where it is possible to eat for 6 people (view of the greenery)
Very quiet and residential environment. Large condominium parking.
Apartment equipment:
KITCHEN
fully equipped: LV, oven, microwave oven, traditional coffee machine and Nespresso machine (a few welcome capsules will be at your disposal), dish towels, cleaning products
Bathroom
with large shower, rain shower: towels available
I am renting my personal apartment for the 1st time and which I care about very much - so you will have room in the cupboards but I can't empty all my belongings so I rely on reliable and respectful people.
The rental is for a minimum of 7 nights - the apartment is available on the dates of the calendar.
Arrival and departure times to be agreed according to my work possibilities. I will do my best to welcome you.
