• Excessive Pet Hair Policy: We love welcoming pets, but please note that excessive pet hair left throughout the home may result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Late checkout – Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a $150 fee. Please request extra time at least 24 hours in advance. Approval depends on availability and isn’t guaranteed.

The apartment was very clean , easy to access and safe. Great response time from owner. Location was the best. We were there homecoming weekend and it was easy for all activities. Would recommend bringing average size car or small SUV . Large SUV and trucks can be difficult to park in assigned spot. Would definitely stay again.
