Hey, with five bedrooms and six people, this property was perfect for an active group of people that were coming and going at all times. Having laundry facilities made it easy to keep our clothes clean.After muddy hikes with all of the rain we encountered. Communicating for supplies or how to turn on heat and locate different items was quick and easy and successful. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people all of us enjoyed the unique home.Plenty of towels and gathering space for planning the next day's adventures. I highly recommend and would rent again..

I rented this home based on I number of bedrooms to accommodate extended family attending my daughter’s WVU graduation. The set up of this house was perfect to sleep everyone. I did have to call one of the property managers for a couple of things, and she was very kind and helpful (5 star help!). Just a couple of notes for awareness, the home does not have central a/c, but did have several window units so was cool. One bedroom did not have an a/c unit installed although it was there in the room. It did get a bit warm so I hope the unit is installed for summer guests. We also had one issue with the hot water to the second floor shower and had to figure out that the handle in the shower was permanently stuck in the “on” position so the main valve to the hot water had been turned off in the panel covering the plumbing connections. Once we figured that out, it was just a quirky thing to turn on the valve, take a shower, then turn it off afterward, so I hope they get that fixed for future renters. One twin bed in one room was old and not super comfortable. The living room was comfortable and had a nice large TV to stream Roku. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, coffee, etc, although the table only sat about 4 on the bench seat. There is parking behind the house, but we opted to park along the street in front as the back side was a little tricky with the hill. The house is older but has some updates to it to make it comfortable and modern.

We had a great stay. Clean five bedroom home conveniently located and in a quiet area. Great host that truly cares about your experience. Went above and beyond to make my Dad feel welcomed on his buck list trip back home. We found the home to be furnished with all the necessities and even some convenience items. Would certainly recommend. I will say the stairs going up are a doozy so watch your step.
