• Excessive Pet Hair Policy: We love welcoming pets, but please note that excessive pet hair left throughout the home may result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Late checkout – Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a $150 fee. Please request extra time at least 24 hours in advance. Approval depends on availability and isn’t guaranteed.

We needed a clean and quiet place to bed down for a football weekend and this certainly provided that. Ray was friendly and very responsive.

When we arrived we were greeted by the smell of propane gas. We were unable to open the garage as we were given the wrong code. There were fingernails from previous guests in their decoration plants and on the side table. The location is a constant uphill drive with sharp (almost u-turn type) turns. Parking is limited to the driveway and garage if you can get in as all the curb area in front of the house is painted yellow. When we arrived there was trash in the yard. This is not a handicap/disabled friendly home due to the stairs and uphill driveway.
