You'll discover a warm, functional interior with a light-filled living area featuring a lounge (flat-screen TV) and an open-plan kitchen, ideal for preparing meals with family or friends. The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner induction hob, a hood, an electric oven, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher... to guarantee every comfort.

The first floor also features a dormitory room ideal for teenagers with 4 beds in 90cm, opening onto a courtyard, a shower room with shower and toilet, and an independent toilet, completing this space perfectly.

Upstairs, the house offers three comfortable bedrooms: one with 1 bed in 140cm, another with 1 bed in 140cm and en-suite shower room, and a third with 2 beds in 90cm.

The exterior of the house is a haven of peace, with garden furniture, a gas plancha for summer evenings, an enclosed garden and a rear courtyard.

Private parking on the grounds ensures extra peace and quiet during your stay.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
