About this villa rental
Comfortable villa - WIFI - Air conditioning upstairs
Fully fenced double exposure garden. You will be calm and safe there. You have two private entrances: 10, rue de la Garenne and 7 impasse du Bocage. We park without any problem either in front of the house or else in the dead end where you are sure of two private places.
Two terraces. In the morning, you can have breakfast on the wooden terrace with the morning sun on the Impasse side and you can have lunch on the large terrace of the house on the rue de la garenne side. You are protected from the sun by a large blind and can enjoy the plancha.
For your safety, we have also installed an alarm with remote surveillance.
For your comfort, the floor (bedrooms) is air conditioned.

Maison idéale pour des vacances centre ville et plage à proximité une décoration faite avec beaucoup de goût où l'on se sent bien propriétaire charmante acceuil et disponibilité nous reviendrons nous avons passé d'agréables vacances

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison de famille où nous nous sommes tout de suite senti comme chez nous.
- très bon agencement et équipement de la maison
- très jolie décoration
- jardin bien paysagé avec plusieurs espaces de détente
- quartier très calme, proche du centre et de la mer

Une maison agréable où il fait bon passer ses vacances, nos enfants s'y sont immédiatement sentis chez eux. Il y a d'ailleurs des jeux, de la lecture et un large choix de DVD pour eux, ils se sont régalés!
La situation est très facile, proche du marché, de la plage et des commerces.
La cuisine est plus qu' équipée, on y trouve tout pour une belle table, les chambres grandes, la literie confortable. Le jardin est très agréable et très bien entretenu, nous n'avons par contre pas pu utiliser la plancha, dommage.
Une maison qui donne envie de revenir.
