Welcome to Central Cottage Charm, a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage combining modern comfort with the warm, nostalgic feeling of Grandma’s house. Located just one block from Central Park and only a few miles from Texas A&M University, it’s an inviting home base for Aggie weekends, graduations, family visits, sporting events, and relaxing getaways.
Inside, white shiplap walls, a distinctive tin dining-room ceiling, modern farmhouse lighting, warm wood floors, and thoughtfully selected furnishings give the home its one-of-a-kind cottage character. Comfortable bedding and welcoming spaces make it easy to settle in and feel at home.
The home sleeps up to 8 guests with a king bedroom downstairs, queen bedroom upstairs, two twin beds upstairs, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has its own TV. Two bathrooms plus four private vanity/sink dressing areas give groups extra room to get ready.
The completely updated kitchen features new cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, gas stove, air fryer, drip coffee maker, and Keurig. Enjoy meals together in the charming dining area or head outside to the BBQ grill and outdoor seating area.
Pets are welcome, with an enclosed fenced area where your four-legged family member can enjoy the outdoors.

We loved our stay! The house was clean and cute!

The house is very charming and clean. The neighborhood was ok. Not a bad neighborhood but not upscale either. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were nice. This is not a big deal but wish I had known…there is no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the upstairs bathroom. Also the shower upstairs would not get hot. I didn’t call to report the issue so it might have been a simple fix. Overall the house was awesome!!

Our stay at Camp Court House was great. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating from reservations throughout our stay. The house was super cute, clean and nearby many restaurants and grocery stores/pharmacies.
