Home was a nice fit and it was as shown. When we arrived, the hot water heater did not heat the water. We messaged the manager and he responded within an hour.Manager came to house and fixed the water heater issue (pilot light out, I think). From that point in time on, everything went very well.We will rent here again on our next Aggie weekend venture.Thanks, Huy, for the great service.Mike

Great weekend at this property. It was a great location, convenient distance to the campus. The price was reasonable and it was appropriately priced for the size. The host was responsive and communicated clearly. Recommend if you want to be close to campus, need a little privacy in the back yard and want a neat, clean place to stay.
