Timber Home History:
This is not any house; but part of A&M's history: Built on 1917, used to be an “Old Campus Home” located on the west side of Henderson street. This American four-square was home for the Cashion family. M.L. “Red” Cashion, was a “campus kid” who became one of the most well-known NFL referee in professional football history... was best known for his famous “FIRST DOOOOWWWNN” call, sent out over national television screens. Ref's house has been extensively remodeled, but the house’s original shape remains visible. A historic plaque was granted to this home in 2020 to remember the A&M history throughout the years.

Getting here:
Drive through the Southside Texas A&M campus and past Kyle Field as you approach this historic A&M campus home, recently remodeled home-away-from-home.
Experience:
-Kick off your vacation on the shaded front deck enjoy a cold beverage or organize a group yard game in the immense green space.
-Stepping inside the property, you'll be impressed by the well-appointed and brand new interior, offering sleek original hardwood flooring and modern furnishings throughout.
-In the open-concept living area, there is plenty of seating to relax and unwind with your group. As you wait for dinnertime to approach, flip on the large flat-screen TV or forge a flame in the wood fireplace.
-When everyone has worked up an appetite, make your way into the stunning fully equipped kitchen and a sizable island featuring a breakfast bar. Set the formal dining table for 6 to share in your culinary creations + 3 stools at the kitchen bar.
As bedtime approaches, start your nightly routine in the master bedroom with a king bed, mounted flat-screen TV and a walk-in shower. When the others are ready to turn in, they can enjoy nights of peaceful sleep in the additional bedrooms, each offering an en-suite bathroom.

Fenced front and backyards! Pets are welcome and stay for free! (No extra charges added). Plenty of space and privacy.

A wonderful home!! The house was outfitted with all kind of amenities. Meticulously maintained home ; very clean. Plenty of room for the entire family. The fenced in yard was great for the kids and short walk to Kyle field ! We hope to be able rent again next football season !
