The space
My home offers a king size bed with private bath.
Second room offers a twin size bed. Full bath room next door to this room.
Both of these rooms are down stairs. The second floor offers a 3rd bedroom with a private queen size bed. The 4th bedroom has 4 twin beds and a full size bed. The second floor offers a full size bathroom also.
This is my home that I live in. I will not be in the home when rented out, I can provide extra beds and blankets if needed to accommodate your needs and ensure everyone is comfortable.

We were there for our son’s graduation and had 15 people. So it was crowded but we didn’t mind. We did not have young children or pets. There was a bed in one room that had two mattresses and the person sleeping in it was nervous because she felt like she was really elevated.

Very nice stay at local VRBO in Bryan, TX. I booked this months in advance knowing that weekend would be full to host my daughters ring dunk ceremony. The house was multiple floors, and oweners had began updates to modernize. We were able to spread out and use outdoor porch (covered) and they had all the imenities including an ice maching maker. Owners were very friendly and attentive and my family and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making such a busy weekend a little more calm. Will look you up again in the future.

The host was amazing to work with. We loved all the games and activities to play. Darts, washers, corn hole, TV outside and amazing patio set up! So much seating inside and outside the house. The house was gorgeous and lots of bedrooms. We would definitely come back!

We were in town for the A&M game, so we were just at the house to sleep as most of our time was on campus. The location was good - easy to get to and out of the traffic in College Station on game day. Check-in and check-out was easy and the property owner was easy to communicate with. The backyard is lovely.
